The Abiding Presence congregation is looking for a 25-30 hour per week Music Minister to provide vision, leadership and coordination of the church’s thriving music ministry. The candidate will be a person of faith who has the breadth of talent to embrace our three styles of worship services: traditional service with choir and organ; the praise service with contemporary music and band; and our Saturday vespers service. The congregation has a wide range of trained instrumental musicians among its membership, including brass, strings, woodwinds and harp who are willing to play individually, in ensembles and together as the Abiding Presence Orchestra. Candidates will find Abiding Presence to be an exciting and supportive place to do ministry. Check out the intangible benefits of joining AP in the Washington, DC area.
