SCHEDULE — Campers must be available to attend all of the following days:
Monday, July 15 through Friday, July 19, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. each day
Performance (required) is on Friday, July 20 at 4:00 p.m.; campers will stay and do final performance preparation between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. Families and friends are invited to join us at 4:00 p.m. to be our audience and support our campers! We expect to release campers by about 6:00 p.m. (after costumes, props, sets, and tech are put away).
DAILY MUST-HAVES — Campers will need to bring a bag lunch and a water bottle to each day of camp. Campers must wear closed-toe shoes (like sneakers) daily so we can safely move and dance!
PREPARATION — Since we are putting on an entire musical in ONE week, certain roles may require some advance preparation. We may assign some lead roles a month or more before the start of camp and provide those campers with recordings and scripts so they can listen and start to learn their parts at home. A small amount of preparation (a few minutes each day) will help them be fully confident and ready to do their best the week of camp! All campers are encouraged to listen to one or more of the many excellent album recordings of the show to get familiar with the songs!
